Alexander Kurt Riley, D.C. is a highly regarded chiropractor with extensive experience in providing quality care, leading a health care establishment, and communicating with a variety of individuals with diverse medical conditions. Dr. Riley, a native Texan, has owned and operated Galaxy Health Care since 2000, and has been practicing for 30 years.

Dr. Riley developed an interest in becoming a chiropractor due to a football injury in high school that prevented him from pursuing his athletics at the collegiate level. The care he received as a chiropractic patient was exceptional, and he strives to provide the same level of attention to others that helped him overcome his injuries.

He enjoys establishing a connection with his patients and educating them regarding preventative actions, health care, and nutrition to help them reach their optimal health. With a straightforward approach and an eagerness to address patient questions and concerns, Dr. Riley ensures an understanding by each patient while he strives to provide a comfortable and safe environment.

Dr. Riley is board certified by both the National and Texas Boards of Chiropractic Examiners. He is also a member of the Texas Chiropractic Association and American Chiropractic Association. Dr. Riley obtained a dual degree from Texas Chiropractic College, with a Doctorate in Chiropractic, and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Biology.

When he is not at the office, Dr. Riley is spending time with his family, including his two children.

Griffin Vicknair, D.C. is a dedicated chiropractor with a strong foundation in movement science and a passion for helping patients improve their function and quality of life. Dr. Vicknair earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College.

A lifelong athlete, Dr. Vicknair played baseball at Delgado Community College in New Orleans, Louisiana, where his firsthand experience with athletic performance and injury recovery deepened his appreciation for chiropractic care. These experiences inspired him to pursue a career focused on helping others recover, move better, and achieve their health and wellness goals.

Dr. Vicknair emphasizes patient-centered care, taking the time to listen, educate, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Certified in dry needling, he incorporates evidence-based techniques to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function while maintaining a comfortable and supportive treatment environment.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Vicknair enjoys staying active, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and their dogs.
